I've been a client of Sante for more than 2 years now and I love our weekly Pilates class. Working with Caroline has been fantastic and a challenge with each of us receiving individual attention while also being part of a class. I started Pilates on the recommendation of a physiotherapist due to lower back trouble and have to say due to the strengthening of my core I have had no trouble these past 2 years .
