Caroline Hogarty is a fully qualified fitness tutor since 2004 with the National Council of Exercise and Fitness, affiliated to the University of Limerick. She is the co-ordinator of Motions Fitness. This certifies her to tutor students on fitness courses and help them to achieve their own qualification in fitness instruction. In the same year she complete a Stotts Pilates course...
She is also a qualified ITEC massage therapist and has extensive experience teaching theory and practical modules on Motions massage courses. Prior to this she complete a two year diploma course in Holistic Psychotherapy with the Irish Association of Holistic Medicine. She is qualified as a walking leader through the Irish Heart Foundation and further qualifications were obtained in 2009 in Leeds Metropolitan University as a Phase IV British Association of Cardiac Rehabilitation instructor. Furthermore, a BSc degree in business Health and Fitness with the University of Limerick was successfully obtained in 2013 achieving a first class honours.
Caroline has a strong interest in teaching Lifestyle, Fitness and Wellness, Anatomy and Physiology, Step, Exercise to Music, Body Conditioning and Pilates. She has a very successful business teaching Pilates in various venues including corporate companies such as Axa and Intel. She is also very proud to tutor fitness courses in Inchicore College of Further Education and in Urrus, Ballymun, Dublin teaching QQI Level 4 Health Related Fitness to people in recovery. In addition, she also tutored in Kiltalown House with the Tallaght Rehabilitation Project. Her eclectic background provides her with a wide range of knowledge in health and fitness which is an invaluable asset when training and teaching clients.
